JourFixe depicts communication

JourFixe depicts project communication all-empracing – a mammoth task. JourFixe doesn’t invent new processes, it simplifies already existing. So, for example, JourFixe accompanies a meeting from appointment making through minutes to task monitoring. The result: an optimal organisation and documentation of project communication.

JourFixe’s target groups are managers and project managers, whose success is dependent on them having their processes under control. JourFixe has been developed out of the immense pressure managers are under.

JourFixe is based on web technology and SQL database technology and guarantees maximum compatibility and intuitive operation.

JourFixe will be available in three versions: a single-user version on a USB stick (USB server), an ASP version with USB sticks as data backup and a client/server solution with USB sticks as data backup. The use of USB sticks means JourFixe is mobile and can be removed from a company’s IT environment and used without restriction.
